1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the g7777 platform available at g7777.co ("Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the g7777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the g7777 Platform and, if applicable, close your account. g7777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a g7777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your country of residence.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of g7777 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or associated gaming providers.
• You do not have an existing g7777 account that has been suspended or permanently closed by g7777.

g7777 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents upon request will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of funds held in the account pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active g7777 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in the same name, using the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or under different identities — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your g7777 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. g7777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances at g7777 are held in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and QR Ph are processed instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and UnionBank may take additional processing time depending on banking system availability.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. g7777 may request a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, Driver's License, Passport) and proof of address.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit, or to methods registered to your verified account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification tier and payment method.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict, the offer-specific terms prevail over these general Terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• All bonus winnings and any winnings generated while a bonus is active are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds are not eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing hedging bets, using bonus funds to place low-risk or balanced bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or participating in promotions from multiple accounts.
• g7777 will not credit bonuses that were claimed through error, system malfunction, or in breach of these Terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the g7777 Platform are final once confirmed. g7777 does not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed bets. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all bet details — including stake amount, selection, market, and odds — are correct before confirmation.

g7777 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined (in-play betting).
• The odds displayed were clearly erroneous due to a system error or data feed malfunction.
• The event was abandoned, postponed, or declared void under the applicable sporting or gaming body rules.
• g7777 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in bad faith, using insider information, or as part of match-fixing or irregular wagering activity.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g7777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated means to interact with or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated cheating with other players.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software for financial gain; any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any financial crime.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other player accounts, or g7777's systems and infrastructure.

g7777 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in the Philippines and internationally. Any suspected criminal conduct on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including PAGCOR, AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council), and the Philippine National Police.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the g7777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of g7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the g7777 Platform without prior written authorisation from g7777.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, g7777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, system failures, or maintenance periods.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

g7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transactions from a payment provider.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction from PAGCOR, or directive from a law enforcement agency.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided no fraud, AML review, or legal hold is in place. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting g7777 support.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Makati City, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. g7777 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
